Ronzani, in-patient coordinator for the hospital, distinguished herself over the course of several months caring for a U.S. Army civilian employee while keeping Army leadership informed. Ronzani also personally coordinated the patient’s transfer to U.S. Army Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany when the patient’s situation became dire and required further support.
