Maj. Gen. Harrington visit CJTF-HOA

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Joseph Harrington, commanding general of U.S. Army Africa engages leaders with the 1st Battalion, 153rd Infantry Regiment and 418th Civil Affairs Battalion at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, March 22, 2017. Harrington's visit included the opportunity to meet with Camp Lemonnier and Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa leadership, as well as recognize numerous deployed Soldiers identified as superior performers while serving in the Horn of Africa.
